Harry goes into great detail about the pursuit of John Hunt Morgan and his Confederate soldiers who raided Ohio during June and July of 1863. By the time he writes the letter Morgan has been captured by Union troops but he does give information about what his unit did in chasing Morgan and his men. The date of the booklet is unknown but was most likely purchased at the time of Henry and Klazina’s marriage in 1916 or after the birth of their second child in 1924.
