Physical Description

The printed words and pictures are both legible and show few signs of wear. The edges of the supplement are well worn, however, and the first few pages are missing in the bottom right-hand margin. Some of the pages have ripped slightly, and staining is visible on and near the book’s cover and end page. Then staples are still holding the supplement together, but they have rusted.
