(Illuminated Books of Hours from Rouen, Limoges and Lyons; A fourteenth-century Breviary from Penwortham, Lancashire; the Psalter of the Ashley family, of Ruthland; an Office of the Dead apparently from the library of Robert Holme, prior of Haverholme; the Psalter of the Bussy family of Hougham, Co. Linics., and other manuscripts relating to Lincolnshire. Pseudo-Bonaventura's Mirrour of the Blessed Lyf of Jesus Christ, in the English translation of Nicholas Love, prior of Mount Grace, the copy belonging to the Countess of Kent, a widow of the founder of Mount Grace; a contemporary compilation of the privileges of English merchants in the Netherlands, c. 1481; and Henry the VIII's illuminated grant of monastic lands in Westmoreland to Christopher Crackanthorpe. An eleventh century codex of St. Augustine from the Michelsberg Abbey in Bamberg; an eleventh century St. Jerome; and an early manuscript of the Italian poetry of Chariteo, from the Library of Alfonso, Duke of Calabria.)
