Marston, Esq.; a good Troyes Horae; an attractive pontificale from the collection of Thomas Edwards of Halifax; a fine gospel lectionary illuminated by Maître Francois from the Dyson Perrins collection; and an important psalter and breviary for the use of St. Martin De Laon, fourteenth century from the Arenberg Collection. A good thirteenth century Durandus; Giovanni Maria Filelfo's Cicero, De officiis, annotated in his hand; a Roman Ms. with the earliest known portrait of Scanderbeg. A Spanish early Romanesque Gregorius Magnus; a finely illuminated Liege Psalter, c.1250; A Justinian from the Austin Friars Library, York; an early Virgil, c.1400; humanistic Mss. of Boethius, Cicero, Caesar, Terence, and Juvenal; a finely decorated Florentine Augustine; a fine Bolgnese Petrus de Crescentiis, 14th century; a splendid Parisian Froissart from Lomenie de Brienne and Clumber collections; Commentaries on Virgil, illuminated for Giangaleazzo Sforza, Duke of Milan, by Ambrogio da Marliano; and a magnificent Florentine Lactantius, from the MacCarthy, Phillips and Chester Beatty collections.)
