Elizabeth Thorne "Lizzy" Willson Session was born 13 Dec 1856 in Marquette County, Wisconsin, USA. She wrote the lyrics for the song "Spring" (1923). She died 17 May 1947 (aged 90) in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA. She was the half-sister of Alice Thorne Sessions Boutelle (1867–1925).
