Biography
Thomas Slaughter was a graduate of Western Michigan University in 1935, and received his Master's Degree from the University of Michigan. He went on to be a professor at Western for over 30 years and retired in 1975. He also coached football, basketball, and baseball for WMU, along with receiving the "W" Club Man of the Year Award; and was inducted into the WMU Hall of Fame.
