Kalamazoo Chapter of the National Secretaries Association was founded in 1946 and existed as a physical organization until May 2015, when the chapter was dissolved and operations moved exclusively online. Over the years, the national organization's name changed from the National Secretaries Association to the Professional Secretaries International Association and finally to the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
