The materials in this file amount to 0.10 cubic feet. The materials are architectural renderings of a single-family home. The sizes of the papers range from 11” x 7” to 26” x 16” drafting sheets. Preliminary sketches were done on thin white paper in black pencil marks. The drafts are loose-leaf papers that were folded up together. The final drawings were done on blue paper with white and yellow ink marks. The final renderings are stapled together. The back of the final blueprints bear a blue stamp from indicating the plans were done on November 9, 1940.

The materials were folded into a letter-size manila folder, leaving creases in the majority of the materials. The damage to the materials is minimal except some sparse tearing on the white papers and the smearing of some of the pencil marks. There are also some brownish stains on some of the papers but they do not obscure the content of the materials.
