The collection amounts to .10 cubic feet and composed of one ledger kept for the years 1897-1930. It measures 9.5”x15.5”x.75” and is bound in brown cloth with a geometric design. There are 7 alphabetical index tabs in the front and the remaining pages are typical ledger pages printed in red and blue.

The ledger is 96 pages although the numbering ends at 94 due to page 33 duplicated. The verso of the first page 33 is marked page 98 so a page from the back may have been removed and glued to this spot.

The pages of the ledger are in decent condition and easy to read even though different people wrote in it over the years. The sewing on the binding is intact and pages are not loose. The front and back covers of the ledger are heavily worn and has paint splatters and holes where the inner board is showing through. The outside spine has been inexpertly repaired with heavy brown tape. The last page has been repaired with clear tape. Pages have been cut out over the years so it is difficult to tell if information is missing or if blank pages were removed for use elsewhere.
