This collection is composed of one financial journal formerly belonging to Norma Flannery. The data deals with real estate in Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1956-1973.

Norma Flannery Bio
Norma Flannery (1899-1984), married to John Bruce Flannery in 1938, worked in real estate from 1956 until ca.1973. In 1957 she began working for Orville B. Schroeder at his reality company located at 218 S. Westnedge Ave. Norma Flannery worked for the company until it closed ca. 1970 with the death of Orville B. Schroeder.
Orville B. Schroeder Bio
Orville B. Schroeder (1896-1970) a Kalamazoo realtor founded his own real-estate company in 1957. He served as the president of the Kalamazoo Board of Realtors in 1957 and 1958. In the 1960s the company changed its name to Orville B. Schroeder & Son to accommodate Orville Schroeder Jr.

This collection takes up 0.10 cubic feet.
The financial journal measures 10” by 8 1/3” and has a black cover with dark red highlights at the bottom and top edges. The exposed edges of the page are green while the pages themselves are a dark beige. Information is recorded primarily with black or blue ink. The collection is in good condition.
