Scope and Contents

From the Series:

The international subsidiary files are mostly from the 1950's to 1960's as that is when the majority of the international expansion of Upjohn took place. Most international subsidiaries have a fact sheet that gives the official title, the date incorporated, as well as the specifications about the land and building, when it was erected and at what it cost. This fact sheet also details production status such as who owns the facilities, the number of products and package sizes produced there, and types of products manufactured. Lastly, these documents contain the personnel totals by department as far as who works in the subsidiary.
