These were all compiled and sold by the Washington DC-based dealer, Alfred W. Scope and Contents This leaf is from Constitutiones de Jure Jurando- a treatise on oaths by Rabbi Moses ben Maimon, who was more commonly known as Maimonides. The volume from which this leaf was taken was published in 1706, Leyden by Cornelius Landgraf. It was edited and translater into Latin by Justus Christopher Dithmar and was dedicated to Charles I, Landgraf of Hesse. The left column is in Hebrew; the right column is the Latin translation.
