A leaf from "Anatome Corporis Humani", by Joanne Valverdo (Juan de Hamusco Valverde). It is a translation into Italian from the original in Spanish. This volume first appeared in 1560 in Rome and Venice; the translation into Italian was made under Valverdo's direction. This edition is from the Giunta Press, and was published at Venice in 1586. The recto side of the leaflet is marked as page 43 and the verso side is marked as page 44.

This leaf is from "The Four Books of Husbandry", translated by the Elizabethan poet Barnaby Googe, and collected by Conrad Heresbach. "Imprinted at London for Thomas Wight, dwelling in Paules Churyarde, at the great North doore of Paules, Anno Domini, 1596."
