South Persian Gulf" is written at the bottom right of the drawing. The drawing is not pasted to a larger piece of paper like the majority of the other objects in this folder.

The back of the page seems incomplete with room for an undrawn itital at the top left. An initial with metallic gold paint is present near the bottom of the page.
