Pagination is unorthodox: Between pages 1 and 2 is page 1(a), and between 6 and 7 are 6(1) through 6(15). Page labeled 28 features post-script notes in Slovenian, and pages labeled 29-31 are titled "Interponenda omissa", and contain further notes and points to that are not included elsewhere.

Twenty-one leaves, typed. Peter the Venerable's Second Letter to Bernard of Clairvaux. Header on all leaves is in Slovenian, but the text proper is in Latin. Page 12 has its entire lower half crossed out, and page 17 cuts off after only ten lines of text. Pages 18 and 19 also include certain portions of stricken text. The final page includes some post-script commentary in Slovenian.
